Scenic Hills is a tranquil community set among the gently rolling hills west of Sierra Highway on land once
owned by Bob Hope.

We share our 72 acres with abundant wild life including numerous varieties of birds, rabbits, squirrels, raccoons, an occasional bobcat and, of course, the ever-present coyotes who serenade us at twilight.

Streets and drives are uncluttered because residents park their cars in garages and their RV's and commercial vehicles in off premises storage facilities and not at the curb!
